Black women are under represented in many professions. The creative industries are predominately white and male. As a Black woman and a Black Creative sitting at this intersection, what does this mean for us?

All my interviewees are students or working in fields where they are often the only, woman, black person or person of colour in the room. I ask, what are their experiences and thoughts on this and do they see changes being made in their industries?
